Ricardo is a proven leader in the printing industry, and his wealth of experience dates back to the age of 14 when he started working at a local print shop. In this capacity, he operated an AB Dick 360 press and managed cutting tasks in the bindery, specializing in the production of letterheads and business cards.
In his first 15 years in the industry, Ricardo worked across various areas, operating different pieces of equipment in prepress, press, die-cutting, and bindery. Throughout his career, he successfully navigated three facility moves or mergers and was instrumental in leading the transition of our two production facilities into one cohesive team.
Ricardo is a strong advocate for team building and breaking down barriers for our production talent. He fosters an atmosphere of open communication within the organization, recognizing that the best ideas for improvements, collaboration, and efficiency often come from those who engage in daily work here at ENPOINTE.
While leading production keeps Ricardo busy, he also enjoys an active personal life. He has been happily married for over 35 years. Ricardo and his wife have two children: a 33-year-old son who is married with a three-year-old granddaughter, living here in Minnesota, and a 29-year-old daughter who recently got married and resides in Austin, TX.
During the summer, Ricardo and his family spend time at their camper by a lake near St. Cloud, enjoying sunny days on a pontoon and doing a bit of fishing. In the fall, Ricardo spends time in the field with his hunting dog, Piper, and makes it a point to take at least one warm-weather vacation during the winter to break up the long, cold months.
