Michelle Motschke

Michelle Motschke thrives on working in an industry built on relationships and has for 30 years. As Chief Administration Officer, she is responsible for overseeing administrative activities and managing the day-to-day operations of Human Resources, Client Relations, and Digital Print Production, which includes our Premedia and Data Processing Teams. Michelle’s approachable leadership style and active listening nurtures conversation and collaboration amongst internal teams and clients alike. Her expertise in prepress and color management put her in a unique position to understand both front-end inputs as well as back-end outputs.

With commitment to continuous improvement, Michelle has led the company through analysis and implementation of new workflows and systems to enhance client communication. Leading by example, Michelle loves that she can mentor others and work in an environment where professional growth and learning is nurtured. Every team member is recognized as an asset with diversified talent to share.

When she’s not at work, you’ll find Michelle further exploring her creativity. Some of her favorite hobbies include creating art through photography, sketching, painting, wood burning and music. Her inspiration may stem from road trips to national parks where she hikes and takes in their splendor. Yosemite National Park holds a special family connection for her. Michelle loves spending time with her adult daughter and son and knows to cherish today because time goes by so fast.
