Judy is a results-driven professional, with a proven track record as a strong team player. She has a solid business acumen with over 30 years’ experience in finance and strategic planning in companies of all sizes and has held several leadership roles; such as Controller, VP Finance and Director of Finance. In addition to Finance, Judy has managed Human Resources, Purchasing, IT and Environmental Health and Safety. Judy has extensive expertise in financial forecasting, cash management, budgeting ad hoc reporting and financial dashboarding of key performance indicators. She excels at delivering on-time accurate financial data tailored to meet the needs of the audience. Her strong project management and organization skills have contributed to her success in a variety of industries, though her passion is in manufacturing. She loves seeing companies achieve their objectives and will roll up her sleeves to help them attain them. Judy embraces continuous improvements, and her lean manufacturing experience brings a skill set needed in today’s printing environment.
Judy and her husband, Bob, currently live in Andover and have 6 adult children, 4 daughters-in-law and 9 grandchildren. When Judy is away from leading our finances, she can be found out on a boat, swimming, attending a concert or grilling in the back yard. She has a passion for learning and loves to travel; having fun wherever she goes.
